Building Something Real Together
We work with educational institutions and tech companies across Taiwan who share our commitment to practical database training. If you're looking for genuine collaboration rather than another vendor relationship, let's talk.
What Partnership Actually Looks Like
Working with us isn't about signing a contract and disappearing. We spent the last three years building curriculum with technical teams at universities in Taipei and Taichung, and what we learned is that real partnership means showing up.
Our partners get access to our full curriculum library, yes. But more importantly, they get our instructors for quarterly reviews. They get input on what we're developing next. When Chiayi University needed custom PostgreSQL modules for their data science program in autumn 2024, we built them because that's what partners do.
We're not trying to scale infinitely here. We work with about twelve institutions right now, and that number grows slowly because each partnership needs attention.

What You Actually Get
Curriculum That Works
Our complete database programming curriculum, updated quarterly based on what students struggle with. PostgreSQL, MySQL, optimization techniques—all tested in real classrooms since 2022.
Instructor Support
Your teaching staff gets direct access to our team. Monthly video calls, a shared Slack channel, and emergency support when a lab exercise goes sideways at 9 PM.
Custom Development
Need something specific? We build custom modules for partner institutions. Takes about 6-8 weeks depending on complexity, but we make sure it fits your program.
Assessment Tools
Pre-built practical assessments and project templates. We update these based on industry feedback, so students aren't learning outdated patterns.
Industry Connections
We work with tech companies in Taipei and Kaohsiung. Partners get invited to our biannual meetups where employers talk about what they're actually hiring for.
Real Feedback Loop
Quarterly curriculum reviews where we sit down and talk about what's working and what isn't. Your input shapes what we build next.
Who You'll Work With

Henrik Lindqvist
Partnership DevelopmentHenrik handles all institutional partnerships and has been doing this for six years. He's the one who'll walk through onboarding with you and check in quarterly. Former database administrator who got tired of production incidents and moved into education in 2019.

Vesna Kovačević
Curriculum SpecialistVesna leads curriculum development and custom module creation. She's the technical brain who makes sure everything we build actually works in classroom settings. Spent eight years teaching database systems before joining us in 2023.
How Partnership Actually Happens
We've done this enough times to have a clear process, but it's flexible. Some institutions move faster, others need more time to get approvals. This is the typical path.
Initial Conversation
Usually a video call where we talk about what you need and whether we're a good fit. We'll ask about your program structure, student numbers, and technical infrastructure. Takes about an hour. If it makes sense to continue, we'll schedule a curriculum review.
Curriculum Review
We'll share sample materials and walk through how our program works. Your instructors can ask technical questions, and we'll discuss how to adapt content for your specific needs. This is where we figure out if customization is necessary.
Agreement and Onboarding
Standard partnership agreements take 2-3 weeks for institutional approvals. Once signed, we do a two-day onboarding session with your teaching staff—can be in person or remote, depending on location. We'll set up your access to materials and establish communication channels.
Launch and Support
You start using curriculum in your programs. We check in monthly for the first semester, then quarterly after that. Most partners go live with our materials in the following academic term—so if you're talking to us in spring 2025, you'd typically launch in autumn 2025.
Want to Explore Partnership?
If you're at an educational institution or tech company in Taiwan and this sounds like something worth discussing, reach out. We're scheduling initial conversations for potential autumn 2025 partnerships through June.
